CAN I DO IMPORT AS AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT

Hi,
I want to study in canda and want to do import during my studies. Can i take import licences on student Visa?
I want to do it legally with all paperwork and taxes. Please tell me if there’s any way to do that.
